Linda grew up in Poughkeepsie, NY and first received her real estate license at the age of 18. She then graduated with her BA from Mount Saint Mary College, Cum Laude, with a dual teaching degree in Special Needs and Elementary Education in 1988. Due to her love of the outdoors, she moved to the Adirondack Mountains. While there, she taught children with special needs and received her Masters of Science in Education from New York State University at Plattsburgh in 1992. Although a true nature lover and outdoors person, she decided the long, cold winters in upstate New York were for snow skiing only. She then moved to Sarasota and taught children with special needs in the county for another 12 years. Linda then switched directions and managed a local medical office on St Armands Circle and Longboat Key for eight years.
Linda has lived in the Palmer Ranch area for more than two decades and has seen the many changes to the area over the years. Linda and her fiancé recently moved to a new home in Sarasota County. She greatly enjoys boating, skiing, tennis, reading and knitting. She has a Siamese cat that she takes pride in spoiling completely. Linda is an advocate for special needs children and is active in supporting The Wildlife Center of Venice.
